●PROFIT SHARING

The formula was introduced as one of the central pillars of the OneVision strategic plan. In simple terms, the formula means that any net profits (before income tax) above Base Prize Money across the ATP Masters 1000 category are split 50-50 with players. This means that players are sharing in the financial upside of tournaments for the first time in the history of the ATP Tour.

●NEXT GEN ACCELERATOR

The PIF ATP Next Gen Accelerator is expanding the pathway for the sport’s most promising young players, creating clearer and more consistent routes from junior, college and Challenger level to the ATP Tour.

Players aged 20-and-under across the Top 500, and the best up-and-coming college and junior stars, now gain increased access to ATP Challenger and ATP Tour entry opportunities throughout the season, giving standout players earlier exposure to elite competition — and the platform to turn potential into breakthrough results.

Players who are eligible for the programme also receive financial support to help manage the financial demands of competing. Additional support is available for health insurance and medical expenses, providing greater stability as players build their careers.

●GOVERNANCE

Tennis is different than many sports in that it is built around individuals, not teams. That fundamental difference shapes how the ATP Tour is governed, with players' voices at the centre of the table. The Board meets nearly every month, giving players consistent and direct influence on shaping decisions. In this system, players do not just compete — They help shape the game. That is how game-changing initiatives like profit sharing between players and tournaments has been introduced.
